Submit the signed Partnership Agreement to the TCPP via the Tennessee Clinical Placement System℠.
(Don't forget to download and review the TCPP Bylaws and Use & Access Policy).

Complete the initial Partner Profile that includes basic demographic information required for invoicing. You will receive your User ID and Password to the TN Portal component of this website upon completion of this survey!
The completion of these steps will generate an invoice that will be sent to those individuals listed in the Partner Profile. After payment of the invoice, partners will be set up as users in the StudentMax Clinical Placement component of TCPS.
